Donation: $125.00, per table

Down Payments: Can be divided into 2 payments. $63.00 to hold your table. The balance of $62.00, must be paid no later than March, 1st, 2016.
March 2nd, 2016, all FEES will be $150.00
Deadline: All payments must be paid by May,14th, 2016
Payment: I will send everyone an invoice, from paypal.com Please, keep invoice as your receipt.
